This 16' x 24' efficiency dwelling is excellent as an Ohana or guest house. It contains a living room or "great room", kitchen, bath, closet, and a spacious 8 x 16 Lanai. Large windows and a sliding glass door admit lots of light and Hawaiian Breezes.
The basic 0-1-1 has been modified to have extended roof overhangs, an additional rear lanai, a vaulted ceiling, and a relocated kitchen. we have done many variations of the basic plan. Contact us if you want to see more.
