This plan incorporates a large living room/ dining /kitchen area, perfect for entertaining. The unique bedroom door placement allow for easy access from the hallway. Also note the inside laundry and walk in closet. The recessed entry protects the door but could be eliminated by using a covered entry porch. Addition of a carport or lanai to the end of the structure is also very simple.

This house features a large master bedroom and adjacent study, inside laundry, and a large kitchen/ living/ lanai entertaining space. The carport is large enough for two cars. This house has been modified to be a 3 bedroom as  model 3-2-5

This very versatile plan has two good size bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large contiguous living room / kitchen / lanai, perfect for island style entertaining. Modifications to this have included open beam or vaulted ceiling, additional lanai for bedrooms, elevation to 2 story, hip roof, etc.
